At NEXT VIBE, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. We will provide you with the appropriate return instructions within 1–2 business days. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
