At NEXT VIBE, your satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains our voluntary 30-day return offer and how we handle order issues. It does not limit any rights that apply under consumer law.

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, including for a change of mind. This voluntary return offer is additional to, and does not reduce, any statutory rights that apply to your order.

To start a return, email hello@nextvibepets.com with your order number and reason for the return. Please contact us before sending an item. We will provide the return address and instructions within 1–2 business days. Returns sent without prior authorization might not be processed.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping cost, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
For faulty, damaged, incorrect, or missing items, NEXT VIBE covers reasonable return shipping or provides a return label, as required by applicable law.

Refunds

Once we receive and review a returned item, we will notify you of the refund decision.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider might need additional time to post it.
Any refund of delivery charges, taxes, or return shipping is handled in accordance with the consumer law that applies to your order.

Damaged, Faulty, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or with missing items or parts, contact us at hello@nextvibepets.com as soon as reasonably possible. Include your order number and photos or video if available. We will review the issue and explain the available remedy. This guidance does not limit your statutory rights.

EU and EEA Consumers

Customers in the EU and EEA retain all statutory consumer rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal where it applies. Where an order is delivered in separate shipments, the statutory period is calculated from receipt of the last item where applicable. Our voluntary 30-day return offer does not reduce these rights. Return shipping and refunds for statutory withdrawals are handled as required by applicable law.
