Refund & After-Sale Policy
1. Reporting Issues
If you experience any issue with your order — including damage, incorrect items, or missing parts — please contact us at nextvibe.officialhub@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include clear photos or a video showing the issue, along with your order number.
We are unable to open disputes after 30 days from the confirmed delivery date.
2. Damaged Items
- Significantly damaged items: Full refund or free replacement.
- Partially damaged items (excluding minor cosmetic issues such as slight wrinkles, loose threads, or small scratches): Partial refund or replacement.
Note: We cannot offer refunds for damaged outer packaging boxes only, due to the nature of international shipping.
3. Incorrect or Missing Items
- Wrong item received: Full refund or free replacement.
- Wrong color or size (not affecting function): Refund or resend upon providing a complaint screenshot with your name, date, and issue.
- Missing parts affecting function: Full replacement sent.
- Missing accessories: Accessories will be resent.
4. Undelivered Orders
- USA orders: We investigate if not delivered within 45 days of dispatch.
- Brazil orders: We investigate after 110 days from dispatch.
If tracking confirms delivery but you haven't received your package, a non-delivery certificate with an official seal from your local post office is required. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses or uncollected parcels.
5. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items with confirmed quality issues only. We do not accept returns for items with no quality-related defects.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Contact us at nextvibe.officialhub@gmail.com before sending any return to receive the return address and authorization.
- Only the original product cost is refundable. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before warehouse processing begins. Once processing has started, cancellations are not accepted for customized, pre-order, or service-based products.
7. EU Customers
EU customers have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in its original condition with tags and packaging.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or damages caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, conflicts, strikes, epidemics, customs inspections). We will notify you of any such disruptions promptly.
